Todd has been a significant presence in the real estate industry for the last 20 years. As an award-winning Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, he regularly performs Broker Price Opinions for many banks and financial institutions. In addition to being a successful real estate investor and broker, he has owned and/or managed Investment Real Estate, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Consultant and Property Tax Consulting companies.

Michael A. Parchment

Michael holds an MBA in Finance and has extensive experience in finance and customer service for a variety of consumer and luxury brands. He also holds a BS in Computer Science and has worked on developing and designing tax systems. As an active real estate investor and property manager he has knowledge of property tax issues and how to resolve them.
